This is FluentNeo. A project by Futur3Sn0w to create a central hub of all things Microsoft’s Fluent Design.
Microsoft is working on redoing ALL of Windows 10’s icons for 2020. Although they will make their debut in Windows 10X (for the Surface Neo and other foldables), rumor has it that they’ll be coming to the regular version of Windows as well. (And Windows 10X is said to be available on desktop too!) That said, some of the icons have already been leaked, and will most likely continue to be leaked until their official release, sometime in 2020.
